The Brodysong app is licensed separately. When you download it from the App Store on iPhone or iPad, your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. When you download it from Google Play on Android, your use is subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Either way, your purchase is handled by that store, Apple or Google, not by us. These terms are about this website only, not the app.
Using this site
This website exists to tell you about Brodysong. You are welcome to read it and to link to it. Please do not try to break it, interfere with how it works, or access it in a way that harms the site or other visitors.
What is on the site
The text, images, and design on this site, along with the Brodysong name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Penn Creative Group LLC. The name and logo are our trademarks. You may share links to the site freely, but please do not copy the content or present it as your own.

This site links out to services we do not control, such as the App Store, Google Play, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. Once you follow one of those links, you are on their service and their terms apply.
